I know what it feels like to look successful on the outside while running on empty inside.
My vision is to create spaces and bring people together so we can support each other, build connections in ways that can feel real and restorative.

I spent years working in corporate roles, balancing ambition with feeling exhausted. I know the pressure of deadlines, fighting imposter syndrome and how that can take a toll on your wellbeing and personal life.
​
That's why I have been on my wellness journey and trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), mindfulness and other coaching frameworks. In my corporate roles I have coached leaders and employees to deal with challenging cultures, change, self-doubt and stress.​
