Understanding your challenges

Together we can help you thrive during change

Organisations invest heavily in strategy, structure, and systems yet underestimate the emotional and psychological impact that change has on their employees.

The result?

  • Disengagement,

  • Resistance,

  • Burnout,

  • Fractured teams,

  • Leaders carrying pressure alone.

We work in the space most change programmes overlook: the human response to change.

The Results

Change rarely fails because of strategy

It falters when people are stretched, emotionally overloaded, and expected to perform while navigating uncertainty.

Before change, leaders carry the weight of decision-making, communication, and responsibility often without space to pause or reflect.

During change, pressure intensifies. Energy dips. Teams feel unsettled. Confidence wavers. â€‹

After change, many organisations move on too quickly, leaving people fatigued, disconnected, and unsure how to regroup.

The result is familiar: reduced engagement, strained relationships, and performance that never quite recovers.

Imagine a different experience of change

Imagine leaders who can confidently be open and transparent about organisational change and lead with compassion and trust.
Teams who feel supported, secure and connected even while things are shifting around them.
An organisation where people have the emotional capacity to adapt, reset, and move forward together.

Our Mission

Supporting leaders and teams to navigate business change in a more human, emotionally intelligent way

I know what it feels like to look successful on the outside while running on empty inside.

I spent years working in corporate roles, balancing ambition, responsibility, and delivery while navigating pressure, deadlines, imposter syndrome, and the unspoken expectation to keep going, no matter the cost.

That experience shaped my understanding of work, leadership, and change.

Thrives at Work exists because I’ve seen first-hand what happens when organisations focus solely on performance and outcomes, without supporting the emotional and psychological capacity of the people delivering them.

My vision is to create spaces within organisations where leaders and teams can pause, reset, and reconnect with themselves, with each other, and with what enables high sustainable performance.
