I know what it feels like to look successful on the outside while running on empty inside.

I spent years working in corporate roles, balancing ambition with feeling exhausted. I know the pressure of deadlines, fighting imposter syndrome and how that can take a toll on your wellbeing and personal life.

 

That's why I have been on my wellness journey and trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), mindfulness and other coaching frameworks. In my corporate roles I have coached leaders and employees to deal with challenging cultures, self-doubt and stress.

My vision is to create spaces and bring people together so we can support each other, build connections in ways that can feel real and restorative. I believe nature gives us the perfect backdrop to do this.

My approach brings a blend of tools that have worked for me over 15 years. Practical NLP strategies to shift unhelpful patterns, mindfulness practices that fit into busy lives and the courage-building principles promoted by Brené Brown. Combined with the grounding power of nature, these experiences are designed to be restorative and practical, helping you feel revitalised and able to repeat whilst going about your daily life.
